Damaged or Defective Items

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We will investigate and confirm the issue with the carrier. Refunds for lost packages can be processed within 20 to 31 days after reporting the issue.

Change of Mind (EU Customers Only)

Under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
